Re: Multiple Add Problem - Browse files button
Hi,
I faced the same problem and I uninstalled Flash 10 and installed Flash 9. After that it's working in IE7 and other browsers again.
I used these links:
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewCon ... d=tn_14157
http://kb.adobe.com/selfservice/viewCon ... &sliceId=1
Hopefully it will help other people too.
Regards,
Peter.

Re: Multiple Add Problem - Browse files button
Hi, I experience the same problem with multiple upload.
Besides, I wonder if in my case it has anything to do with my setup. For developing I run Joomla on a local computer, it is a Mac and I use MAMP (Mac, Apache, MySQL & PHP). Or maybe (hopefully) this doesn't make any difference at all?
Kind regards, Frits
Could you please be more specific about this? I do not want to change my flash installation.caro84g wrote:In the Joomla! extensions directory there are some extensions available as far as I know, where you can manage your FTP files with. This might be a solution.

Hi,
if you have a local Joomla! installation, you can use your explorer (or whatever it's called in a Mac) to 'upload' files. You can use your FTP file manager. Or find some extension on the Joomla! Extensions Directory (http://extensions.joomla.org)
I believe it's called JoomlaXplorer or something like that. I haven't tested it. I just use my explorer locally and my FTP manager on a webhost. So I don't know if it works and how it works, and if it's available for J!1.5.
Regards Carolien

Hi Carolien,
Thanks for your answer. The Joomla extensions directory is what I was looking for, so you solved this - though I didn't have time yet to look for the right extension.
The Explorer is called Finder on the Mac. I do understand that I could use this while running locally
but I want to emulate a 'real life' situation as good as I can. I will transfer the the whole setup to an external server later, but at this stage I'm just experimenting and learning.
Regards, Frits
