Change directory where images are saved
I have scout website and we keep pictures of the scouts activities on it and I only allow registered parents to have access to the galleries. I see that all the images are stored in the images/phocagallery directory and these could be viewed directly if you entered the correct image file name from a browser. Is there a way to be able to rename the image directory to something obscure so it's not so obvious to anyone peeking? Many thanks.

Re: Change directory where images are saved
Hi, you can e.g. set some server settings to protect reading from some folder or of some image, or you can set some hash folder so it cannot be so easy to find it. If the folder will be unique for every category than user which will have no access to the category could not get info about such folder.
If you find Phoca extensions useful, please support the project

OK thanks, I'll try something like that. Perhaps a feature in the future for phocagallery is to encrypt the category directory names so the raw names are difficult to guess.
