No gallery with component

Hi,
I have been attempting to get my gallery back online, but with no success. I had it functioning with one category for a few months, but after attempting to add a second category everything went blank on the front-end. I have found that I can use the plugin to get the gallery images to show, but there's no pagination with the plugin, so it isn't a viable solution (it's a fixed-height site).

I can see everything on the admin side. I'm using the latest stable version 2.7.2 and haven't had any of the issues related to thumbnails or viewable images in the administrative area. I'm also not getting any php errors. I've quadruple-checked the parameters, both in the component and in the menu item. I've done a D-n-R on the folders, images, thumbs, and the overall install of the component.

I'm not sure what else I can provide (other than saying that we're up to date on all server apps - Apache, php, etc.).

Essentially, I'm at the end of my proverbial rope. If one of the forum heroes wants to take on this issue, please let me know!

Just an update... I've also ruled out the issue maybe being unauthorized images. PM me if you'd like backend access.
