Can a frontend user move their own pictures?

I was wondering if a frontend use would be able to move pictures that they already uploaded to a different subcategory.

Say for example, they upload a bunch of pictures and place them into a subcategory. But then they create a new subcategory and want to transfer some of the already uploaded pictures into the new directory.

Currently, there is no way front end user can do this, forcing the administrator to have to do all the work.

If there is a solution, I would really appreciate the help.

Hi, for now there is no such option so such option needs to be customized
