Catgory as title with shadowbox

Hello forum,

I am searching for hours now in the parameters and the forum, but I can not find an answer. I am using Phoca Gallery 2.6.2 and my situation is as follows.

I use the gallery on the site of our photo-club. The photographs are just numbered from 01-xxx, and are categorised under the photographers name. Now, when I show the photographs with shadowbox the title of the image is the number of the photograph. I would like it to show the photographers name, because that makes more sense.

So, is it in any way possible to show the category in stead of the image-title as shadowbox title?

Hi, only title is displaying in shadowbox title area. You can customize it in the code, so you will load other item than title to the html attribute which displays the title. Try to search this forum, here are guides, e.g. how to add short description instead of the title into shadowbox so this should be cca. the same like you need.

Hi Jan,

Thank you for getting me on the right track. I managed to solve it in the component. But, is it also possible to change this in the Phoca Random Image module. When I click the thumbnails I still get the image title in stead of the categorie. Do I have to change something anywhere else?
