Unable to upload file using Frontend

Hi Folks,
I'm trying to upload an image into category in frontend.
I have this error "Unable to upload file" and I don't see image in category, but under "/images/pochagallery/user/" it's present image that i uploaded.

What's the problem?

Hi, check permissions and ownership of files and folders on your server, try to enable ftp layer or disable it (in global configuration of Joomla!). Try to set other type of creating thumbnails (JFile or not - the last parameter in Phoca Parameters), try to check the GD library, see:
