No statistics

I'm using the latest veresion.

At the moment statistics do not work. Statistic is published but no matter how often a pic is viewed, the counter doesn't go up.
It was working before.

Is it only me having this problem?
I hope I do not oversee something in the config - checked it several times.

Hi, which detail method you are using? Do you use iframe method? (standard popup, highslide js - iframe, modal box iframe)

I use the shadow box.

Hi, shadowbox is not iframe method, so there is not possible to save the statistics, as all images displayed by not iframe method cannot be counted
