UCP and control options

I have a Phoca gallery on my site...it works pretty well, but I have one tweak that would make it work exactly as I need it to. When a guest or registered user sees a thumbnail in a catagory they also get these options on the bottom of the thumb

Comment Image(these 3 options i want to show, and it's what is showing in your example pages)
it also shows
Delete
Unpublish
Image Authorization(these I don't want quests and registered users to see or use)
I have set permissons in the back end for only admins to have access to the last 3, but they still show up in the quests and user's view and are functional to them.

I thought that maybe the perms for the users would show up in the user menu in the PG settings, how ever I have no users listed in that menu, and no way to add them. I have had 2 admin and 3 registered users upload photos to the gallery which i thought would create a user name in the user menu but it didn't...how do I turn off the 3 bottom functions in the thumbnails for registered users and/or add names to the user menu?

Hi, check the settings again, these icons only displayed if users has rights to e.g. delete, publish.
