Problem after upgrade from 2.5.8 to 2.6.2

Hey,
after the upgrading my Gallery i get the following error in the administration section under Phoca Gallery Users:

Warning: mysql_num_rows(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /homepages/5/d238887798/htdocs/Joomla/libraries/joomla/database/database/mysql.php on line 344

Joomla Version is 1.5.14
What can i do to resolve this error?
Please help me.

Thanks for your information.
I have compared all the tables with the update section of install.bak.
I can´t find any difference.
I also tried to update joomla to version 1.5.15 but the error exist further.
What can i do again?

hmm... I don't know

Maybe a new clean install of phoca gallery will help? - but then of course, all your images, categories and settings are gone. if your familiar with editing the database, you could export this information before you uninstall the component and insert it afterwards...

Hey,

after a long time i´m again here because the problems exists further.

A new question to my problem:
Is it possible that the version 2.6.2 of phoca gallery needs a mysql version 5.x?

Hi, yes I remember this was posted here before. eg:

viewtopic.php?f=1&t=7838&p=33818&hilit=mysql#p33818,
mysql 4 should work until phoca gallery version 2.5.8

After i upgraded the database and reinstalled the gallery, i have no problems.
