Picasa username problem v2.6.2

Hi, i'm gettin this error, when try load ext. images from Picasa:

"Connection to Picasa not created. There are connection problems or the Picasa User was not found. Check the User field"

username: madibacsi
gallery: Italia2009

Hi, I have no problem with this login. See Phoca Gallery - Info and check if allow_url_fopen function is enabled on your server.
