LOTS!! 500 INTERNAL SERVER ERROR

hi im using the latest version of phoca but every time i go to create the thumbnails in some moment i get a internal server error 500 and it really annoying. the only solution ive got is to have an auto reloader add in for FF every 25s so the thumbnails continue creating... i dont know whats happening but i will reallly appreciate some help here im like a newbie in this stuff

Hi, try to enable debug mode and error reporting on in your php.ini or htaccess to see the error. Or see the error log to get the error.

Hi Jan thanks for answering me I know u are a really busy person, but im a newbie using php and htaaccess can you guide step by step, where i can find my php.ini and the hta..?? thx for ur help hope to talk you soon...

Hi, in fact, I cannot help you regarding error reporting on as I don't know your server, so you need to contact your webhosting operator to ask how to enable/disable error reporting
