I am just playing around with the Phoca Gallery for the first time and I noticed the border is not the correct size for thumbnails. I resized the thumbnails to be 150x100 instead of the default 100x100 and the extra width is extended past the box outline.
I did a search on these forums and I found a link that mentioned to go into the Administration - Themes and change it there...but it seems that feature is not put into the released version yet if I am not mistaken.
What else can I do in the meantime?

Okay, nevermind...I just noticed that 2.6.0 was released and I figured it out.
