Custom Tax situation

The standard sales tax is fairly easy to set up and configure. My question is how would I enter a custom tax? There is one specific new tax in California: the Covered Battery Embedded Product tax (1.5% of the purchase price, up to a maximum of $15.00 per device, not the whole order). I am not sure how to set that up in Phoca Cart. Does anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on how to set up a tax like this?

Hi, for now there is no such option, you can assign a tax to country or region but such will change the tax completely.

E.g. there is some tax 20% and when the user is from California, then it can be changed e.g. to 21.5% but there is no additional tax parameter.
