Hi, try to search this problem:

"cannot yet handle MBCS in html_entity_decode()" in google and try to see forum.joomla.org site too. It seems like this problem is not related to gallery ( libraries/joomla/application/pathway.php on line 209 ) For now I have no experiences with such problem :(

Hi, I got an information from Ben and he said this can be related to PHP version. Try to upgrade your PHP version.
