Fresh Gallery install over existing Gallery.

Hi everyone.

I need to install the Gallery on a site that already has an old version installed.
I think the version is 1.4.5 or something like that.
Can I simply install the latest version, or do I have to delete the old one first?

Losing the existing pictures is not a problem.
