Comment access

In the joomla 4 vers. there is something wrong about the comment rights. When I am NOT logged on I can see the comment form (without having the ability to comment - It ask me to login - and when I do in the popup it does not log me on) When I go through normally login and I am logged ON I get the form with the notice "Only reg. who is logged on can make a comment"

Hi, testing now, everything is OK for me. Do you use some cache or similar feature on your server? (which can somehow return obsolete data, etc.)
