I made mess with PDF plugin

I have installed Phoca PDF component and Phoca Cart PDF Plugin. In Phoca Cart administration there are options to preview orders as PDF but it just opens blank window with error



I noticed that error shows "error 0 class 'vmconfig' not found" and URL in popup window leads to Phoca Cart component.

I had VirtueMart installed for 10 minutes or less and uninstalled. Checked database and deleted all VirtueMart related.
Looking for a solution to the problem, I came up with the idea to reinstall VirtueMart and preview orders as PDF started to work.



What I messed up?

to make shure.. are you using Phoca Cart or VirtueMart as webshop component?
looking at the error and your " solution" it looks like a Virtuemart problem.
Do you want to use Phoca PDF in combination of Virtuemart?

if a assume that you use Phoca Cart.
VirtueMart is know about not cleaning up nicely after uninstalling the package and components.
it leafs some files etc. i am quessing that the issue is related do to removing VirtueMart.
there are manuals how to remove virtuemart, and after removing you have to delete some folders and files manually.
also somethimes not al component / plugins / modules are removed (completely). so a good check and clean.

This is not production site so I make some tests on it.
My main ecommerce component is Phoca Cart. Installing VirtueMart was just testing that last for couple minutes. I will look for removing instruction of VirtueMart.

take a look at the virtuemart forum reguarding clean uninstall virtuemart.
i know in from the past it is a pain to get everything cleaned up..
perhaps because its just for testing, make clean joomla install.. drope Virtuemart and keep it to Phoca Cart..

Can you paste a full error message regarding the error (not the warning in Document.php)?

It is on Browser Page Title. If I disable Error reporting it just throws blank page with Browser Page Title "error 0 class 'vmconfig' not found" and right of Joomla logo is Error. Nothing else.
I reinstalled Phoca Cart an plugins, searched in database for "VmConfig" but nothing found.

I installed new Joomla test site, Phoca Cart and plugins and it works just fine.
