Does anyone know what combination of Phoca gallery settings results in this layout? Or does it require a theme?

I see now, so it is a full Joomla template. ok, I was looking for a way of using the Phoca Gallery admin configuration to recreate this category view.
If it needs CSS that is fine, I just didn't want to re-create existing backend options if they already exist in a combination that would present my category in the same way.
