Cannot updated site due to error: PLG_CONTENT_PHOCAGALLERYSLIDESHOW_PHOCA_GALLERY_ERROR

Hi,

I'm unable to do any updates on my site due to this error.
I had uninstalled/disabled Phoca Gallery several months ago.
I had backed up using Akeeba and moved the back up from a subdomain to a live domain.
The site and joomla admin works fine, but I'm unable to get any updates working because of this error.

I read about manually setting PhocaGallery as unpublished in the database as a possible fix, but it was already set that way.

Suggestions??
