Multiple Users creating Subcategories

Hey together,

I've got a question to all of you: Is it possible in Phoca Gallery for Joomla to allow Multiple Users to create Subcategories for the same Main Category? E.g.: I administrate the Webpage of a sports club. There is one main category for each department like athletics. But there are multiple moderators who shoud be able to create subcategories for "Athletics" and upload images to them.
How is this possible?

Hi, no, only each user can edit own category, so e.g. in this case, e.g. more people can get one account to maintain one category.
