Error while saving item

Hi all,

I've currently got following error: When I want to upload an Image (No Matter if in Single or Multiple Upload) it displays an Empty Entry in the Gallery
and shows the Error "Error while saving item". The Confusing part here is, the file was uploaded correctly (When I download it via WinSCP it's not corrupted and I can open it without errors). Also I can manually add any item to a Category which was already uploaded by Phoca Gallery, but it wouldn't display me any image which I uploaded afterwards, neither with WinSCP.
I deleted the Category and made a new one, also without effect.
The Permissions are set correctly, I also tried it with 777, which didn't work so I reverted the change.

In the Apache Logs I can't find any problems. The Access to the SQL-Logs is restricted by my provider, but I was told that there are no problems shown either. I can't find any dedicated Phoca Gallery Logfile.

Joomla Version 3.6.5 with Phoca Gallery 4.2.2

I will provide any (accesible) Logfile which would be needed, can someone help me here?

Joomla Version 3.6.5 with Phoca Gallery 4.2.2

Upgrade to the current version of Joomla! & Phoca Gallery and try to upload images afterwards.
