Updating from 4.1.1 to latest version

Hi,

How can I perform the upgrade from Phoca Gallery to the latest version, if it is not presented in joomla extension update?
And is it safe to do, without data loss (a lot of albums on my website)? It is joomla 3.4.1, will update this version too to the latest one.

Hi,
make it, as with any upgrade:
1.) Make a full backup (database and files)
2.) Then update your Joomla! and then your Phoca Gallery.
If you have problems during the upgrades, use your backup.
