I have to move my website to a new host and I would like to transfer my phoca gallery with it. Is there a best way to do this?
Thanks for the help in advance!

Re: Moving to new host
Hi, this is the same like by Joomla! site, there are several methods. I e.g. use ftp + database installing in phpMyAadmin.
I would backup all the files via ftp and then would backup all the database data via phpmyadin, then I would copy all the files to new hosting and run the backuped query, sure the config.php needs to be changed then. Maybe you can use some backup extension which you can find in JED - extensions.joomla.org

If you find Phoca extensions useful, please support the project

Jan,
Thanks for the information. This what I thought, but I just wanted to make sure.

Get Joomlapack... it really saves your day: http://www.joomlapack.net
Please ask your support questions in the forums and not via PM - I delete those PM's
