You have a few options for integration:
You can go through the process of creating a menu. You will have only one option available in the Select Menu Item Type for the Phoca Download
I also believe that you can install the Phoca Download Section Menu Module and that will create a menu for you, I never tried it.
Another option is to install the Phoca Download Plugin. After that you can add download links to download sections, categories, files by typing in the appropriate link information see:
