Thumnails Status disabled- phoca gallery through joomla

Hi,

I am lost. Through Joomla I am using Phocagallery. I cannot seem to reactivate the thumbnail status so that I can update my categories. The pictures load but no thumbs are created of these pictures. I tried enabling the thumbnail status from the menu parameters with no such luck. The files are set to 755. Any other ideas as to what to do that might fix the issue at hand? I worked through the troubleshooting related to thumbnails that was put on the site too

Maybe Phoca Gallery cannot try to create folders for thumbnails, see the database tables too:
