Hello:
Everything is working perfectly and I mean everything accept I don't seem to be able to limit publishing to just Administrator type users. I really can't just let anyone put any picture they want in this site. I am inclined to think it is a misconfiguration on my part since everything else is working but I really wondered if anyone else is having this problem.
I did several types of searches here to find the answer before I posted this and I don't see anything, which makes me more inclined to think it is my configuration rather than a bug.
Attached is a screen shot were I have told ( I think) to not let anyone publish a pictures accept me.
When I log on as a registered user I I still can get pictures published automatically.
I know this is what most people want but I have been asked to make this gallery moderated.
Thanks
Not able to limit publishing to Administrator

Re: Not able to limit publishing to Administrator
OK. Understood . Let me try again. It seems there is a feature that let's you moderate the pictures submitted and limit the ability to publish the photos were they are viewable in the front end of the site. It appears that you can limit this ability to publish submitted pictures to the administrator users or to a certain user.
I don't seem to be able to do this.
in the Delete and Publish User Rights: part of the configuration I have only my self picked for this function but it seems that any registered user can do this. I really want to use this component since it does every thing else I need.
Thanks for responding so fast. Jan

Hi, there is no such function yet, this is planned. You can set rights for the users, you can set limit of uploaded images, but there is not a "review" function yet.

Bummer for me Yo! Your thing works really great. But you know how customers are if it doesn't do this one thing then the whole thing is no good to them.
PESKY CUSTOMERS! Who needs them.
....oh yea I do.
Ok well I will thank you just the same and thanks really even more for taking the time to answer me.
Big Up to the CZ.

Re: Not able to limit publishing to Administrator
Hi, isn´t there some way to disable automatic publishing of uploaded photos for everone (administrator too-it´s not problem for me)? I don´t want to allow users publish photos before I see them.... Can you tell me what I may change in code to disable automatic publishing after upload. Thanks
