Problem with appearence

Hello,

I've got a problem with phocagallery on my web site.

My pictures doesn't appears and when i click on i've got that message (i work in local mode)

Is it possible to help me and how to resolve that problem and sorry for my english... (french).

maybe this will help you abit. what i think is u need to enable thumbnail creation, cause from the picture you posted i see it's disabled..

maybe i am wrong though..
