description text overlapping with navigation buttons

We have some long descriptions, and they keep overlapping with the buttons on the bottom. I tried changing the font size of the description text in the component parameters, and the height of the description, but it isn't making any difference. Is there some css file i need to change?

Hi, you can change the height of description area and height of popup box too.

The description is styled by editor
