Hi,
then you shouldn't use the menu item 'user upload layout'. You should create a link to the category (that it's displayed) and there you should enable the user control panel. See also: https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... ser-upload (Let one or more users upload to a certain category)
