How to translate?

Hi people!
I am a brazilian boy and want to translate my phoca gallery component manually. I go to translate files (en_GB) and change the file, but no effect.

How do i translate phoca gallery manually?

Hi. It's very simple just change all english words after simbol "=" to brazilian in files:
en-EN.com_phocagallery.ini
en-EN.com_phocagallery.menu.ini

and save them as:
pt-PT.com_phocagallery.ini
pt-PT.com_phocagallery.menu.ini

then put both files in these directories:

/public_html/administrator/language/pt-PT

/public_html/language/pt-PT
