Can't select a folder when creating new category

Hi, new on the forum I tried Phoca Gallery a few weeks a go, today I wanted to use it really and not for tests but I wasn't able to create categories in order to add my pictures.

I tried all the day to make Phoca gallery work. I unistalled and reinstalled it, tried another template, deactivate last added modules, cleared the cache but it still the same. Also tried on internet explorer (I use mozilla). Obviously it's the last version. 4.2.2

When I click on new categorie I can see folders but when I want to select one with the little icon nothing happens. I can't create new folder but I can't choose one.
Here a capture of what I see on my computer. (and nothing else, everythink is blank, you can see where I click)

New elements, in the console I have this error on the page where I'm supposed to select a directory: "TypeError: window.parent.phocaSelectFolder_jform_userfolder is not a function"
And when I'm in Component -> Category I have those errors:

Hi, which version of Joomla! you are running? Is mootools enabled for your administration? Seems it is some javascript problem, e.g. with missing loaded mootools, etc.
