Czech Characters in image description

Hello I have nstalled Phoca Gallery and czech translation for it - in the backend and even in the list of galleries the Czech characters are working but in the image description - or image name the czech character are not shown. Could someone hepl me, please ?

Hi, no idea what can be wrong, see the database, if the chech characters are there, see your template, if it is ready for utf-8, please let me know your site

The problem is I am not strong in html , db or that stuff but I tried to add some attachments ... strange is one thing. If I do multiple upload or user upload from the frontpage the czech characters are missing. If I do single upload and I name the picture with name which containes czech characters everything works fine. The second file from the attachment. Thx in advance. Petr

??? maybe somewhere on the site there is not correctly encoding ???
