I have been using the gallery and have uploaded many galleries and everything went fine untill it started to not create thumbnails (it doesn't open the window that showd the upload nad creation thumbnail procedure as well).
Any ideas?

Hi,
please check the Phoca gallery parameters (components > phoca gallery > control panel > parameters button) to see if 'enable thumbnails creation' is still set to 'yes'
