Big thumbnail for Category List

How can i show big/medium thumbnails for Category List. I checked all the parameters, It still showed small thumbnails on the Cat List page.

I set Image Size Beside Category Name with Medium with Shadow. It still shows small. #**#*#. Going crazy.

do you use the plugin?

did you check out the component-parameters of the menu-item? (menus > your menu > your phocagallery menu item > component - parameters = 2nd box on the right)
