Flash gallery broken - Has my site been hacked?

I love Phoca Gallery and have it up and running on several sites. On one site, however, the flash gallery suddenly stopped working. Everything else in the component seems to be working fine, but now where the image and flash navigation should appear, I get this:

This happened with Phoca Gallery 2.0.3 and so I tried upgrading to a newer version, then uninstalling and reinstalling with version 2.2. Same problem. Have tested across browsers and nothing seems to help. Has anyone else run across this problem? I'm worried my site may have been hacked because my admin password also apparently stopped working and I had to go into PhpMyAdmin to reset it. Help!

Hi, Phoca Gallery doesn't have any flash gallery?

Sorry, I mean the AJAX (or whatever technology it is) slide show window that pops up when you click on a thumbnail.

Did you try to reinstall Phoca Gallery (install without uninstalling and click on upgrade, so no data will be lost)

Yes, as I mentioned in my original post I tried both upgrading and a fresh install. Neither worked. Any idea what could be causing the problem?

Did you installed latest Phoca Gallery component and Phoca Gallery module (downloaded from Phoca site)? Is your Joomla! latest Joomla! version?
