uploading problems

hey!

First of all thank you for a superb plugin!

I've been running it localy therefor I haven't seen the problem.
After uploading the whole joomla installation to my webserver I wasn't able to upload files for the gallery anymore.
Since the phocagallery images are placed in the image folder of joomla I set this on to writable and also the phoca gallery folder. But, I still get an error message like: WARNFILETOOLARGE6556463

I can't see the whole message just because the rest of it is hidden behind the layer of some sort.

My question is .. which folders and files needs writing permission?

I've been searching my legs of around the site without any luck for an answer!
