Categories List

I have a menu item that links to a categories list. I then set the parent item ID that I want to display. This all works fine. When selecting a category there is a list of all categories at the top of the thumbnails. I would like to only display the subcategories relating to the parent ID, or remove the list completely but I cant seem to do it. Here is the link to the website.

Hi, not sure what you exactly mean, but if you click on the category, only subcategories inside this category are listed, not any ohter from any other category

To remove the subcategory list, you can do it in output file:

components/com_phocagallery/views/category/tmpl/default.php

Just not sure where to change it in the code?

Hi, before making any code change, did you disable the displaying of categories in Options?

As far as I know it is disabled in settings unless I am missing something.

These are my settings in category view:

Display categories in category view: No
Display subcategories on each page: Nowhere

When you go into member gallery, select Members A-C. Then all list appears at the top.

Hi, hmm, which part of your site produces the list, this seems like not the default code of Phoca Gallery as Phoca Gallery renders only subcategories of parent category not list of all categories Is this some module?
