picture size not of thumbnails

Hello,
I can´t find the way to change the size of the pictures in gallery to 1000 x 800. I don´t mean thumbnails. I have change everything around but not the matter to be decidid. Sorry, if I´m blind for the solution, please help.

The picture you are talking about is called 'large thumbnail'

Hello again,
something stupid is now happend.
All settings are correct, 680 x 560 and 680 x 540, for front modal box and front pop-up window, like before.
But have a look on www.voehrum.de in Fotogalerie the performed modal pop-up window
is fullsized and no possibility is shown to get back to categorys. You can´t go back.
I have no Idea what happend?
Please, do you have the solution?

in Firefox I see the images in a modal pop up box, not in a full size new window.

I think it was a cache problem. One day later all changes are done.
