Hi that's weird. Could you check on your webserver if all files are copied correctly - unpack the installation file and compare this with what's on your webserver.

Regards, Carolien

Hi Carolien,
all files are copied correctly - i can make a gallery , so it seems that the installation walked through correctly. there were no error messages. also phoca makes the thumbs in the right directory. but there are no icons the phoca control panel and on the website phoca does not display the images.
Maybe its a general problem with my webspace ?

thats whats phpinfo.php says:http://www.krawehlonline.de/phpinf.html

thanks for all help !!

Hi, try to compare the links to the images (on your localhost and on your server)... the images in the menu are added by Joomla! framework, so there should not be any problem ???
