group or multiple user as main catalog owner

How to add group of users or multiple users add as owner of main catalog??

I have a couple of department with publishers with right only for their own department, I want to add them access to add photos to galleries from frontend,
Is it posible to add permissions as owner to group of users??

Hi, owner can be only user, not whole group. To set whole group, such feature needs to be customized.
