one watermark for all images

hi,
is there any way to apply only one watermark to all categories and sub categories (folders). i wanna give some user groups to create folder permission to phocagallery but its imposible to consider all of them adding watermark file to folders that they've created.

I would like to be able to do this as well, please can you advise if there is a way this can been done without having to put the watermark in every category folder
