Is there a way for public uploads without registrering?

I wish to allow any unregistered visitor to the Phoca area of the site to be allowed to upload images that will go in to a special folder to await admin approval.

As far as I can see, Phoca seems to allow for creating such a permission, but I am lost now as to how.
I know the spam and security risks.

Is it possible to allow anyone to single or multi-upload to a select folder without the need for the visitor registration?

Hi, there is no such option, as you wrote, because of spam and security reasons this cannot be a default feature, so this needs to be customized
