Cannot upload on frontend

Hello,
I'm trying phoca gallery on a local site (Joomla 2.5). Everything was well, I used the documentation to solve some small problems very easily.
But now I'm stopped : It is impossible for registerd users to upload on frontend, they don't even have any upload icon or panel. The user control panel says :

There is no category where to upload images. First create a category please.
If your category is created and you cannot upload images then ask administrator:
if you have permission to upload images into the main category
if you are owner of the main category
if the user upload folder is set for your main category.

Of course I checked these four points,
Of course I followed all poins on the documentation (https://www.phoca.cz/documents/2-phoca-g ... ser-upload)...
But anyway ! Grrr...

Have anyone an idea ? That would be great. Thanks !

Hi, was the category created by user in frontend or in admin?
