Cannot work well when using Modal Box mode

When I apply Phoca gallery in our site, it seems working in it like below,

However, when I click into the photos, just seems not like to the demo...

I donno how to fix it buy my own as I just a flash player of joomla! and wanna ask for help or advance that what can I do as well......

Hi, on your site, you have some javascript error which prevents from running modal box, try to test it with other detail window methods? (to test if you get similar problem?)

Hi Jan, just tested phoca Gallery in other server and it's works.

So, shall I ask my programmer to modify the setting in our server? If so, which setting we have to change?
