upload photos from main menu

Is there any way that I can put the "upload photo" link in the main menu of the website. I have disabled the user control panel of phoca gallery and want that users can upload their pics in the per-build categories only.

Hi, you can create a menu link to "category view" and there you can set uploading images in tabs - so it will work for selected category:

But could you please tell how can I set uploading images in tabs. I don't find such option anywhere. Also, as I said, I have disabled User Control Panel, coz i don't want them to create any new category or sub-category.

Hi, just enable the possibility of uploading images in category view - in your options.

get it. but user can see this option, only if he is login. I think there is no way, like user can see the upload option and if not logged in, a msg. will display "please login....".

Hi, yes, if there is a menu link to upload and user click it, it will tell him, he should be logged in.
