did u try using other themes, or atleast the defoult one.. ?

I think u should upgrade your joomla, and phoca gallery, they both are out of date

I designed the site a year ago and till now everything was working great. Changing themes doesn't solve the problem.

Donwload latest Joomla! version and upgrade, upgrade your Phoca Gallery too:
The javascript on your site contains links to some spam sites.


You should check your ftp settings too, and every .html .js file on your site, you should check index.php files and configuration.php file too.

see joomla.org forum how to prevent from attack and solve the problems with attacked site.

It seems like no your site only spam links are saved so maybe there will be not a lot of work to fix them.
