Alt Tag for Thumbnails

Hi there!

I've selected in the General Settings Alt Value=Meta Description.
I fill in the Box Meta Description of the Image some Words but the Alt-Tag displayed the Filename. regardless of whether i selected it is still the same alt tag

Hi, which version of Phoca Gallery you are using. Did you test to disable cache if enabled

Hi Jan! Cache is already disabled. Curent Phoca Gallery Version 4.1.0...

Hi, testing now with 4.1.1 and see now problem - when you see the html code of your site, are you able to see the alt value of the image? Which value you get there?

Testing now, set in Options that meta desc should be displayed as alt value, I have set the meta description to the image and such value is displayed in the code

It is still the same. The Title of Image is displayed in meta title and alt tag.

Hmm, then it seems like your Joomla! somehow does not accept options/parameters from the component - really no idea why the options are not accepted
