Problem with Boxplus (Shadow Inspired) on Smartphone

Hi to everyone.
I'm using Joomla 2.5 and I have a problem with boxplus (only image) on Smartphone.
I choose to use boxplus (only image) with Shadowbox inspired Theme and it's work perfectly when I look my Galley page from a pc.
When I view the Gallery page from a Smartphone instead the page didn't view properly (the page is resized to vertical half of the display) but if I click on any image, the Gallery page (under the pop-up) automatically resizing correctly. After that if I close the Pop-up and reload the page, the page view is still perfect but if I load another page and then turn back to the Gallery page the problem occurs again.
This problem occurs only if I choose the boxplus detail view.
Can someone let me know how to solve this problem?

Hi, unfortunately I am not the developer of boxplus so I cannot say what exactly could be the problem there. Do you get the problem on another site - e.g. on Phoca Demo site?

Hi, thank you for the answer and sorry for my delayed reply but I was sick.
I know only that on the Phoca Demo Site I don't get the error. There is the possibility that the error is only on my site but I don't know why and how I don't get the error with all the other Detail Views.

Hi, hmmm, if there is no error on Phoca demo site and you get it on your site, this seems like some conflict with other part of the system:

- try to test it with another template (to test if this is not template conflict)
- try to disable all modules (to know, any module can be in conflict)
