Moving files from one folder to phocagallery

I already have many images on my server in a different folder. Can I import them into phocagallery somehow without re-uploading them all? If not how do I change the maximum file size I can u0pload because when I try to upload my picture files phoca tells me the maximum file size is 3 MB even though my Joomla has the maximum file size set to 20 MB.

You can set the limit for uploading images in Options, of course, depends on server settings if you will be able to manager 3MB images (mostly 2MB is the limit but depends on server settings)
