Internal Server Error Phoca Gallery Joomla 3.2

Hello!

I got a Problem:

When i create a category and want to add a directory i receive following Error message:
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

I also get this error, when i want to Upload files with the Phoca Gallery.. But when i upload Pictures with the joomla Media Manager it works fine...

Maybe someone got an idea? i Contacted the Adminsitrator, but he says the settings are fine and the User rights are also given to the needed folders.

Hi,

enable debug mode,
enable php error reporting
and try to see errorLog for more information about the problem.
